Deutz produces 800,000 bottles of champagne per year. 40% of the wine is crafted from grapes grown in their own vineyards, while the remaining grapes are sourced from winegrowers in Ay, Côte des Blancs, Mareuil, Bisseuil, and Villers-Marmery.
