The structure of this beautiful champagne is based on the Veuve Clicquot Brut 'Yellow Label,' with a blend of between 50 and 55% pinot noir, 28 to 33% chardonnay, and 15 to 20% pinot meunier. Veuve Clicquot's champagnes are typical of the 'Style-de-Reims,' a style defined as a 'Pinot noir house,' similar to G.H. Mumm, Roederer, and Laurent-Perrier.
