The Rich is a champagne with a blend of 45% pinot noir, 40% pinot meunier, and 15% chardonnay, with a share of 25% to 35% reserve wines. The champagne has a dosage of 60 g/l, falling into the doux champagne category. Veuve Clicquot has specially developed this champagne to be served with ice and for mixing.
