Tasting Notes of Rosé Sauvage

This delightful rosé champagne features a ruby-red color and a blend with a strikingly high proportion of pinot noir. The composition of 50-55% pinot noir, 20-25% pinot meunier, and 10-15% chardonnay with a dosage of 10 g/l gives this champagne a unique character. The flavor is characterized by fruity aromas of strawberry, blackberry, and blackcurrant, along with hints of mandarin. Perfect with Canard à l'orange, other red meat dishes, appetizers, and desserts, as well as an excellent wine for BBQs.
