Tasting Notes Rosé Sauvage

This delightful rosé champagne has a ruby red color and a blend with a notably high percentage of pinot noir. The composition of 50-55% pinot noir, 20-25% pinot meunier, and 10-15% chardonnay, with a dosage of 10 g/l, gives this champagne a unique character. The taste is characterized by fruity aromas of strawberry, blackberry, and black currant, with hints of mandarin. Perfect with Canard à l'orange and other dishes with red meat, appetizers, and desserts, but also an excellent wine for BBQ.

  • Ruby red color
  • Aromas of red fruit
  • Notes of ripe citrus fruit
