The Pol Roger Rose Vintage 2015 GB Epernay is based on the Brut vintage, containing 60% Pinot Noir, and 40% Chardonnay. Before the bottling and second fermentation, approx. 15% of Pinot Noir (still red wine) is added. This bottle is produced in limited quantities, Champagneshop still has it in stock!
