In the book 'Diamonds are Forever' (1956), the champagne was first mentioned. In the 1979 film 'Moonraker', the champagne made its first appearance. James Bond (Roger Moore) drinks a glass of Bollinger champagne while charming a blonde. Since then, Bollinger has become an integral part of the James Bond films.
Blend
The Rosé has a blend of pinot noir, chardonnay, and pinot meunier. More than 85% of the grapes come from premier and grand cru vineyards. The champagne is aged for a minimum of 30 months in Bollinger's cellars and has a dosage of 8 g/l.
