The Billecart-Salmon Blanc de Blancs is a delicate, elegant champagne presented in a beautiful gift box. The Blanc de Blancs is a blend of 100% Chardonnay from two different vintages with a dosage of 8 g/L. The grapes are sourced from Grand Cru vineyards located in the Côte des Blancs. The champagne undergoes partial malolactic fermentation and includes 33% to 40% reserve wine.
