Brigitte Bardot is the ambassador of this rich, full-bodied champagne. The cuvée boasts an impressive flavor profile and is crafted from grapes sourced from Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards, including Oger, Mailly, and Mareuil-sur-Ay. Inspired by style icon Brigitte Bardot, this cuvée is a sparkling ode to 'French Chic.'
This creation by cellar master Cédric Thiébault is a blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay. The Cuvée Brigitte Bardot undergoes extended aging for 8 years. Another characteristic is the absence of malolactic fermentation. With a dosage of around 20 grams per liter, this cuvée falls under the Sec category of champagnes.
